The Rookery

The Rookery is the largest of our Barns and offers accommodation over two floors for 6 to 8 people.

The main entrance is to the upper level and into a stunning open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. With natural timber flooring and an vaulted roof with exposed beams this is an inspiring space.

The kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob. There is a washing machine, dishwasher. fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are ironing facilities, crockery/cutlery and other kitchenware. Large dining table with seating for 8.

The lounge area is spacious and has leather sofas, flat screen freeview TV and a DVD Player.

There is also a double bedroom with full en-suite adjoining the lounge.

In the centre of the top floor a staicase leads down to the two ground floor bedrooms. Both rooms have a double and a single solid pine beds and full individual en-suite facilities. Both these bedrooms also have doors leading to the patio area outside.

There is oil-fired central heating throughout supplying hot water at all times. Bedding is provided. There is ample parking space with an area set aside with a Barbeque and seating for guests.
