Welcome to Wooladon

Wooladon is a working farm covering some 480 acres and sits on the west Devon border just a couple miles from Launceston - the historic gateway to Cornwall.

The land is bordered dy the county boundary River Tamar and also the River Lyd. There are areas of pasture bisected with bands of deciduous and coniferous woodland which abound with wildlife including Red and Roe Deer.

Our cottages are all sympathtically converted stone barns and are all furnished and equipped to a very high standard to provide you with a home from home during your stay here.

Whether you stay and relax on the farm or use it as a base to explore the surrounding area you can be assured we will do all we can to make your stay an enjoyable one.
