For the coarse angler there are two quarries of approx. 3 and 2 acres. The larger has a good population of previously unfished for carp. We know ther are fish of over 20 pounds and this provides a very rare opportunity to catch really wild fish. The smaller quarry contains some large grass carp, again these fish have never been caught. The quarries are extremely deep (60 to 90 feet).
The quarries also have some large trout, these fish have never been caught.
The relevant Environment agency licence is required to fish.
The fishing is exclusively for residents. No day tickets are available. |
