
Wooladon Farm is situated in an attractive and unspoilt part of West Devon, adjecent to the border with Cornwall it acts as a "gateway" to both Devon and Cornwall. The Farmhouse and Cottages are set within the land and is readily accessible to the Market Towns of Tavistock, Okehampton and Launceston.
The Village of Lifton is within a mile and it has a Post Office, Village Store, Inn and Public House. The Village also has the renowned Arundell Arms, which has an excellent reputation for its food and is a well known base for fishing. Placed on the border of Devon and Cornwall there is easy access on and off the A30 opening up the opportunity to exploring all that Dartmoor and the South West have to offer. Wooladon is a working farm and set in 600 acres of Devon’s glorious countryside, bordered on three sides by the Rivers Lyd and Tamar. All the units have fully equip kitchens with washing machine and dishwasher. Bedrooms are en-suite. The accommodation is spacious with an open plan living area. The lounge area in the three larger units have a 32” Flat screen television with Freeview and built-in DVD player, the smaller has a TV and DVD player and offers a bargain break for 2. More facilities can be found in the former historic market town of Launceston, ( 3 miles ) with its Norman Castle, Museum, high quality butchers shop and 24 hour Tesco Superstore. Okehampton ( 14 miles ) has a Waitrose Superstore and the bustling market town of Tavistock ( 12 miles ) offering a wider range of facilities which include a Theatre and Arts Centre.

The nearby Dartmoor National Park has excellent facilities for riding and walking. The North Devon and North Cornwall coastlines are easily accessible to provide superb opportunities for bathing , surfing and walking along the dramatic South West Coastal footpath much of which is owned by the National Trust.
